Conquerer of two worlds book one the prophecy

Chapter four
The Prophecy

I looked back. She was following me, just as I could tell she would if I had her friend, they always do. I continued toward the main house. There was a prophecy to be given. My skin and hair had gone back to normal right before I had grabbed her friend.
The girl was gaining on me. Great, I still have a little bit to run before I can do my job! At least the girl is coming, though, I thought. "This may sting a bit," I said to the boy. Fire spread across our bodies, then we were right in front of the main house. I grabbed the door and yanked it open.
Inside I looked at the boy, his hair and clothes were singed. "What was that?" He asked. He had a strange accent, just like the girl had. He may know what he was saying but I only knew some of their language. Everything I had said to the girl had hurt enough, then I had felt her mutant presence.
Before I could open the door to Tiffany's office I heard someone run in. It was the blond girl. "Stop where you are, give me my friend back, NOW!" She said in a loud tone.
"lubk siqw plunh jeblk?" I asked. The girl looked at me weird.
Suddenly Tiffany's office door swung open. "She asked 'What are you saying?' Zoe. She doesn't speak our language," Tiffany said to the girl. "Nalk ramqw niy likbes yivlr," she said to me. She wants her friend back? Oh! Ok, I thought.
I let go of the boy, the girl, Zoe I guessed, ran to him. "What language does she speak? I didn't recognize it," she asked Tiffany.
"She came hear for a reason, and that reason is to always give a prophecy, for a few minutes after she gives it she can speak and understand the language she had to say it in. Oh, she's about to start," Tiffany said.
My skin went ruby red and my hair became fire. Then I went full Fire-messenger.
"Whoa! Her skin and eye color switched! And now she's some sort of animal. . . And she's floating! Sparkles, do you know what she is?" Zoe asked.
"No," Sparkles, the boy, replied.
"Fire will work with sky and shadow
Each will be tested
When proven worthy the journey starts
A life will be given up
Then freedom will shine"
I said as I slowly floated to the ground. "The bigger the prophecy the longer she will be able to speak our language," Tiffany said.
"Well, will you explain why you took my boyfrie- my friend?" Zoe asked.
"Your what?! What do you mean my boyfrie-?" Sparkles asked.
"I took him because you needed to be here for the prophecy, I could feel it. I could tell you wouldn't come willingly, so I had to take your boyfriend, here," I answered.
"BOYFRIEND?! Since when am I your boyfriend? I'm out!" Sparkles said.
"Sparkles wait I-" Zoe said as he left. "Is there anything else I should know, since appartently you can tell that I want a certain someone as my- a certain something," she said as she remembered Tiffany was here.
"My name isn't Ruby. Ruby is only the english translation for my name." I said.
"Oh so you lied to us, too? Well, what's your name in YOUR language?" Zoe asked in a tone that probably wasn't good for her kind.
"My name is Raelae," I answered simply.
"Ray-what? How do you say that?" Zoe said skeptically.
"Raelae. You pronounce it like Ray and lay, Raelae," I said. "By the way, I can't read minds. I just figured that by the way you looked at each other that you two were boyfriend and girlfriend."
Zoe looked surprised. "So you really ca- Raelae!" She said as I fell over.

Instead of dreaming my mind left my body, allowed to wander until I woke, just like all Fire-messengers do. I watched as Zoe ran out of the main house, going to get the boy. Then, I must have been partly awake for a minute because, I was in the main house infirmary.
"What does that prophecy mean?" Zoe was asking Tiffany.
"I think that sky is you, fire is Ruby, and shadow is Sparkles. And you must be the main person, since you've always dreamed of bringing freedom," Tiffany replied.
Once the effects of the prophecy wore off I went away, since I couldn't understand them, I decided to take advantage of my fire messenger dream and look around.
